Karen Business Centre

A mixed-use proposal near the Karen area, this building will house retail shops, sub - anchor eateries, residential and offices. The contemporary form is achieved without excessive exposed glazing via the use of aluminium fins and a form that shades the interior court from the western sun. A narrow L- shaped footprint allows for natural light ingress into all the spaces.

There is a basement parking for vehicles, retail on the ground floor, offices on the first floor, residential on the second floor and an accessible roof top terrace for the users of the residential units. The extensive use of greenery and water features further enhance the ambiance of the courtyard.
