Monty’s at the Sarit Centre mall in Nairobi has been operational for several decades and has become known for its wide variety of candy, snacks, and alcoholic beverages. We were brought on board to redesign the display area and increase the efficiency of the space. We managed to increase the display area for some goods by more than 200% within the same space yet offering a more spacious circulation and more enjoyable shopping experience.

The lighting design was optimized for accurate colour rendering and lux levels at the shelves. The redesigned space paid itself off with an almost two fold increase in foot traffic compared to the previous design.
