Proposal

The relatively small site along Lower Kabete drive called for very efficient floor planning. We managed to achieve a 95% lettable area per floor plate. The facade was carefully designed to give a contemporary and unique aesthetic yet remaining cost effective and relatively maintenance free. There are 20No. 2 Br and 1Br units, 10No. Studio Apartments, playground, gym / spa and multipurpose hall (at the 12th floor). The 13th and 14th floors house 4No. duplex 3br apartments. Even with the site constraints we were able to fit 80 parking spots on the site to ensure that there is ample parking for the residents and guests. Sensible building orientation and sun shading ensure comfortable and well-lit interior spaces.
