Sybyl Kenya Offices

Based on our portfolio in designing interiors and the central Data Centre for I&M Bank, Sybyl Kenya appointed us to lead the design for their fit-out in The Address of Waiyaki Way.

The brief was for a technologically sophisticated yet minimal solution that was practical and allowed seating/working flexibility. This approach allows the employees to change their work environment within the office to suit their needs.

We proposed an automation system that would lower the carbon footprint of the data centre and the workspaces. This includes lighting level based dimming to achieve optimal lux levels and glare reduction. We also implemented this with the air conditioning system to reduce energy usage to a minimum. We worked with local and international suppliers to ensure that we had a singular interface for this that was intuitive and cost efficient.
