We were brought on board on this project to advise on the interior spaces but ended up redoing the existing architectural designs to better meet the client needs. We were able to optimize the spaces, circulation, materials and structure all through detail-oriented design and use of BIM.

The facade was designed with a dust reduction solution that does not use any filters or elements that need constant maintenance. The interior echoes the cascading tea farms in Kericho as the client supplies equipment for tea factories across the country.
