This 60,000sqm project inquiry came about as a gap in the market for for sustainable, secure, and accessible offices with good indoor air quality, lighting, and thermal comfort.

The scheme consists of multiple blocks with well oriented buildings achieving passive ventilation and good daylight ingress without solar heat gain. The siting also allows for improved air quality and reduced noise levels.

The floor plate efficiency is 85% resulting in a solution that works well commercially and is inherently sustainable.
