Global Tech Company

We were tasked with designing one of the most technologically advanced office fit-outs in Africa for a global tech company. This project was handled to an international standard in terms of design, coordination, and documentation.

Providing safe and comfortable spaces which are sustainable and accessible are a priority for this client. We utilised electrochromic glazing, detailed lighting & acoustic analysis, intelligent building systems, thorough material specification and air quality control to accomplish this. Our aim was to empower artisans and evolve vernacular craftmanship by combining local natural materials, digital design, and fabrication.

Through all these efforts and via the tremendous passion for sustainability from the client, we were able to achieve the first LEED Platinum Certification in Africa under the new 4.0 Standard.
