Affordable Housing

Through our experience in affordable housing policy, we designed a scheme as a proposal for a piece of land in Kajiado. This scheme can be implemented in any region with only masterplanning required to site it within the context.

The modular design of the units allows for flexible conversion between 1 and 2Bedroom Apartments, and 3 Bedroom apartments. Through efficient space planning we were able to reduce the circulation space to a bare minimum thereby reducing the overall cost of the scheme. The neighbourhood design is well spaced and is designed with security, visual identity, and amenities in mind.
